Hardangervidda (1.200 m) means endless plains, enclosed by six feet tall snow rinks linking Oslo with Bergen on the west coast. Almost never incessant wind is a powerful enemy for crews of snow plows and blowers. But for us- snow kiters, this place represents sort of Eldorado, which has no equivalent. You can ride tens of kilometers and meet a single wire, house nor a human.
